Katarina Witt measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Katarina Witt started to ice skate at the age five years old. Then, her talents became apparent, and then in Karl-Marx-Stadt she entered a school specifically for kids who have athletic talents. Here she first saw their teacher Jutta M ller. Witt achieved her breakthrough by finishing second at the 1982 World Championships, held in Copenhagen. Since that time, her grace and elegance attracted the attention of everyone. Her dominance began in this sport. Olympic success Katarina (now Witt) took home the women's Figure Skating Gold Medal during the Sarajevo Winter Games. A few years later, she won an even tougher competition. Even though she fell short in the competition for free skating, the gold was awarded for her performance on the compulsory figures, as well as on the short program. Witt was the only woman since Sonja Haenie who was a repeat figure skating winner. Hall of Fame Witt competed in the Lillehammer Winter Games in 1994 following her successful run as an actress. While she was not able to take home a medal, the young woman enchanted her audience despite placing seventh. Witt's induction into the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame took place in 1995.
